Shameful Failure

"I once thought losing my confidence was the worst thing that could happen; then I lost my faith." -- Bobby Vee (1943-2016)

Prelude

For the past few years, it's been difficult to be a loyal and devoted Canadian. At times, I consider myself stateless. Of course, our Boy Wonder or should I say Boy Bungle in Ottawa has never proven to me he is a worthwhile or competent person to be Prime Minister. I deem that as a complete farce. As I've said before, he is an embarrassment and disgrace to this country. Do I have to remind you he financially compensated Omar Khadar who was a bloodthirsty terrorist of I.S.I.S. "Our leader" said the barbaric savage's case was a Charter of Rights and Freedoms issue? I don't believe that one bit. "Mr. Fantastic" will never convince me of this foolish and mindless decision. Isn't it "funny" how that statute functions at times. I wish our "beloved one" would do a lot of people a favour. Resign and return to teaching white river rafting. Anyway, enough about the "do-gooder" and misfit.

There are many problems that need massive repair in Canada, and one of them is the justice system. It's completely absurd…a real fucking joke. Let's talk about the Youth Criminal Justice Act (Y.C.J.A.) for a moment. It was established in 2003. It replaced the Young Offenders Act (Y.O.A.), which was created in 1984 by our laughable ruler's "father" and his Liberal gang.

The Y.C.J.A. produces a separate criminal justice system for young persons and promotes adolescents to become law-abiding citizens. It also encourages having those teenagers take responsibility for their actions. The system realizes the level of maturity is not the same degree as an adult. Interesting. Is the government saying a 16-year-old who murders someone doesn't really know what he or she was doing because of the "maturity factor"? As far as I'm concerned, that's a crock of shit. What happened to the old saying "do the crime, do the time." But then again the defence lawyers will, without a doubt, take complete advantage of that legislation.

Anyway, here's the latest example of an "immature" young person committing a horrendous crime. On Feb. 4/22 a Grade 12 Toronto High School student was murdered by a 14-year-old juvenile. Police described it as an execution style killing. The boy was charged with murder and attempted murder.

In 2014 a 14-year-old male youth shot and killed a 13-year-old girl in Toronto, Ontario. He was convicted of murder but only sentenced to three years because of the Y.C.J.A. Yep, justice served. You tell me, is that right?

Our country is blessed with the upside down and asinine Parole Board of Canada (P.B.C.). Their latest travesty was Feb. 11/22 when the Toronto Sun reported Rohan Range was able to leave prison for two months to attend "personal development" at a community facility. All he did was slaughter two sisters in 1995. Sounds like he has a bit of a temper.

Another revolting story by the nauseating P.B.C. was about Marcello Palma. He murdered three prostitutes in Toronto, Ontario in 1996. For some strange reason, he shot each woman in their head with a .357 Magnum. He was given a "life sentence" but as of now this lunatic is living at a halfway house in Barrie, Ontario. The P.B.C. are such "caring" people.

Corey Christopher Tremblett murdered his former 17-year-old girlfriend in Nova Scotia. He was convicted of second degree murder in 1998. In 2018, he was granted four unescorted temporary absences and in late 2021 he was allowed day parole for six months.

Another sleazebag is Brian Edward Abrosimo who was convicted of sexual assaults, sexual assault with a weapon, unlawful confinement and forcible confinement. He was sentenced to 14 years and 4 months in 2004. He also attacked an eleven-year-old girl. He now resides in a community residential facility somewhere in British Columbia. Maybe once the P.B.C. got to know him, he was an all right guy.

Graham James was a former hockey coach and sentenced to 7 years in prison for multiple sex charges of players he instructed in the 1990's. He was granted full parole in 2016 and lives at a halfway house in Montreal. I wonder if there is an arena close by?

This last case is a perfect example how this outrageous system is completely deplorable. In 2020 Donald Possy received day parole in Montreal despite having a high risk of reoffending. All his problem was he's a long-time sex offender and has a history of child luring. Obviously, the P.B.C. doesn't give a flying fuck about public safety.

These are only a few. Trust me, the list goes on and on. There are many dangerous people walking the streets, concentrating on their prey and ready to attack.

Epilogue

The P.B.C. is disgusting and shameless. Their insanity must create constant havoc for a lot of victims' families. It almost seems this preposterous commission shows pity and feels sorry for these horrendous criminals. Numerous occasions show the punishment doesn't fit the crime, and we can thank the non-elected judges for their appalling decisions. Some of these magistrates give ridiculous and light sentences to violent demons. With Liberals controlling our destiny, we will see more of our justice system collapse. Don't be surprised if the heinous Paul Bernardo gets some sort of parole sooner or later. Any bets?
